Spirits were high as students gathered in their glamorous outfits and smart suits for the 16th annual KATS awards evening. After walking the red carpet, they were treated to a delicious meal in the beautifully decorated theatre, kept amused by visits to the photo booth and/or card games and a roulette wheel on each table, before being entertained by a range of musicians, actors and singers.
They were inspired by the after-dinner speaker, Tristan Carter, an actor passionate about the arts, and then excitement levels rose as Dr Wood and Mr Snell went on stage to present the awards.
