Fun and Games on Leavers' Day!

With their 'Wild West' theme, Year 13s had a wild time on Leavers' Day, celebrating their last day of official lessons, and enjoyed wrapping the boarders in cling film and showering them with silly string (and water!) as they left Fonthill to make their way over to breakfast!

The sun shone for our annual tea party to thank the Year 13s for all their hard work helping with the smooth running of Fonthill this year.

Royal Wedding BBQ!

To mark and celebrate Harry's and Meghan's special day, Summerhill kindly invited us to a Royal Wedding BBQ!  Summerhill's garden (complete with bunting!) and the stunning weather made the perfect setting for a delicious feast of jumbo sized hot dogs and coronation chicken (how apt!), followed by strawberries and ice cream! Thank you, Summerhill!

Glorious Green Park!

Glorious singing, accompanied by glorious KJO, together with glorious weather created a glorious evening at Green Park! Yet again, Kingswood had been invited to be part of Bath Festival's 'Party in the City' and, yet again, rose to the occasion drawing crowds from both within Kingswood and beyond. The atmosphere was electric, with every performer on top form!  Congratulations to the many Fonthill girls who contributed to making it such a special event.

Saturday Night Strawberries!

After so much snow and crazy weather patterns, we've been celebrating the arrival of the sunshine over the last couple of weeks with strawberries, ice cream and pancakes!

Senior Prefects' Farewell Dinner

We said farewell and thank you to our Year 13 Senior Prefects on Friday night whilst enjoying another delicious Kingswood meal which included crab risotto and sea bass for starter, roast lamb for main course, and apple pastries for dessert.  Our outgoing prefects admitted they are going to miss the mouth watering food supplied daily by our Catering department!

Our Year 11s have just had their last day of official lessons and are off on study leave now.
We wish them lots of luck for their forthcoming exams!

Boarders' Annual Charity Walk

We couldn't have asked for more perfect weather for our annual Boarders' Charity Walk in aid of Hope and Homes for Children.  In addition to 104 students, there were 18 staff members and their families, 15 young children and 3 dogs!  Everyone enjoyed the sunshine, stunning views across Bath and ice creams at the halfway point!
